Part 107 Guide

Part 107 Guide came to me with the perfect domain name and a simple request: build a website to sell their PDF study guide. The guide helps pilots pass the FAA Part 107 test so they can fly drones commercially. One product, one goal, no fluff.

Since this deals with FAA regulations and government certification, the site needed to look professional and trustworthy. We went with a clean, simple design that makes it easy to understand what you're buying and why you need it. No distractions, just the information customers need to make a decision.

The site runs on WordPress with WooCommerce handling all the store functionality. When someone buys the guide, they get an automatic download link sent to their email. No manual work required on the owner's end.

We set up both Stripe and PayPal so customers can pay however they prefer. All the tax calculations, email confirmations, and order tracking happen automatically through WooCommerce.

The client didn't have a product image, so I created a few mockup designs showing the PDF guide. After a few rounds of feedback, we landed on the final version that's now on the site.

Once everything was tested and launched, the owner started promoting it through their marketing channels. The site has been generating steady sales ever since.
