Chrome extension for bulk exporting Zoom cloud recording transcripts. Export your entire meeting library without clicking through each recording individually.

Zoom has millions of users generating cloud recordings with transcripts, but the platform makes it tedious to download them in bulk. You have to navigate to each recording, find the transcript, and download it manually. For anyone with a substantial meeting history, this is impractical.
TranscriptExporter for Zoom solves this with a Chrome extension that integrates with the Zoom web portal. It detects your cloud recordings and lets you bulk select which transcripts to export. Filter by date range or search for specific meetings, then download everything with one click.
The technical challenge with Zoom is navigating their web interface structure and handling the various recording states (processing, available, etc.). The extension waits for recordings to be fully processed before attempting export and handles pagination for users with extensive meeting histories.
Output options include individual VTT/TXT files per meeting or a combined archive. Each export includes meeting metadata so you know which transcript goes with which meeting.
Built with the same architecture as the Fathom and Fireflies versions, using Manifest V3 and modern Chrome Extension APIs.
Zoom users with cloud recordings had no practical way to export transcripts in bulk. The web portal only allows individual downloads, making it impossible to efficiently backup or analyze a large meeting library.
Chrome extension that integrates with the Zoom web portal to enable bulk transcript exports. Handles pagination, recording states, and provides flexible output formats.
About to publish on Chrome Web Store. Completes the TranscriptExporter suite covering Fathom, Fireflies, and Zoom.
